“I used them last year with a furnace issue and they got it fixed and running This year my air started acting up Running for hours and not really cooling si I called and they sent someone over He did a complete check and got it running and said I had 3parts that were weak so he was going to talk to Mark and have him order parts well that didn’t happen as another crew came and said I didn’t need them To shorten story Mark was here also and they never did get it fixed they said all the test were good so I still have trouble It either runs for 10 to 12 hours and it gets cooler in here but not what it use to do I recommend them to many people but no more If I get thru the summer and winter I’ll get new ones installed and it won’t be them I thought I had found a good and honest company but I guess not”
