Quick response to fix our leaking water heater. Courteous and professional technician did a great job and left our house immaculately clean. Several weeks ago we had the same experience when they quickly diagnosed and replaced a faulty fan on our heat pump. Highly recommend.

Finding a great HVAC contractor is not always easy, but when your furnace goes out at 11 o’clock on a Friday night when it’s -4° outside, it’s next to impossible! I went down the list when I googled “Emergency HVAC repair” and the first seven companies I tried told me they could set up an appointment for Monday! The temperature in my house was dropping 1° every 15 minutes. And then I called MW Mechanical Services. I was somewhat heartened when the answering service said that someone would call me back shortly. Within a half hour I heard from Alyssa, an incredible HVAC tech who told me she’d be out in about 30 minutes and at 1:30 AM, there she was! She was able to get my furnace fired up again but told me she had bad news: that my 23-year-old Carrier furnace was pretty much shot and that she could replace the motor for close to $1000 but she didn’t hold out much hope that it would last for more than a week or so. The bottom line was that I needed a new furnace. She left me with a little space heater and told me someone would call me in the morning to set up an appointment. Bright and early at 8:30 I heard from Brian. He was at my house by nine, measured everything, and helped me pick out the appropriate furnace and air-conditioning system (since both were 23+ years old) and set me up with interest free financing. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, I was set up for my new furnace installation. At 11 Justin showed up and then shortly after, Mark, the owner of the company and his son Caleb came. They worked diligently for hours and by 6 o’clock the heat was inching up in my house. It was 34° to start and by the time I got home from having been out with friends for dinner, it was 65°. I cannot begin to explain the professionalism, knowledge, and even the kindness of this crew in making sure that I had heat during the coldest winter in ages! Due to the fact that it was easier and less costly to do both the air-conditioning and heat at the same time, they wired for that and will come out to install the new air-conditioning unit in the spring. I have already recommended MW Mechanical Services to all of my Facebook friends, and now I’m writing this Google review so many more of you can experience the same level of care that I received! No need to look any further. This is an incredible company made up of an incredible group of people!
I highly recommend that you give them a call. I have a feeling they will be equally as responsive and attentive even when it’s not -4° outside. But when I was in a real bind, this company stepped up to make sure I was safe and warm. What more can you ask for?
