“I had a great experience with the HVAC technicians who came out to service my split systems. They were incredibly thorough and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to carefully inspect, clean, and test everything to make sure the systems were running properly.
What really stood out was how respectful they were of my home. They worked neatly, protected the area they were working in, and left everything exactly as they found it. It’s always appreciated when professionals treat your house with that level of care.
They also did an excellent job explaining what they were doing and why. They walked me through the condition of the systems, what maintenance they performed, and any things to keep an eye on going forward. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, which made me feel confident that the job was done right.
Overall, a very professional and positive experience. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC maintenance.”
“I called for emergency repair of a gas furnace on a very cold day. Multiple other companies would not come out as it was a Saturday, but MW said yes without hesitation. While it took a few hours as they were very busy, they did come and Dan (the tech) was phenomenal. He let me observe the inspection and repair, answered questions, didn’t pressure any sales, and even fixed the orientation of my shut off valve for future ease. “On Friday January 30, 2026, at around 7am, one of the coldest days of the year, I discovered that our furnace stopped working. As I was checking it , it began heating again. Then at approximately 12:30 am January 31, It stopped again and the temperature was dropping fast inside the residence. I started looking for an HVAC company that provided 24hr service. I came across MW Mechanical Services on Google and they had a 5 star rating so I called and left a message. Approximately 10 minutes later I recieved a call from Alyssa who advised that she was on other service calls at this time, but assured me she would respond to my house as soon as possible. To my surprise Alyssa called and told me she was on her way. when she arrived she introduced herself and was very professional. When she took the cover off the front of the furnace it began running, but she continued to try to find out why it had stopped in the first place. She advised that she wanted to make sure we didn't have any problems when she left. while looking over the furnace she advised, that the furnace was installed in 2002. I told her that since it was so old, I would like to get an estimate from her company for a new furnace. She told us a few things to watch out for and assured us that if it happens again we could immedietly call her and she would come back out. It was now 5am. Early that morning we recieved a call from Brian and he told us he could come out on Monday and provide options for replacing the aging furnace. Brian arrived and introduce himself and gave us options he was very kind and professional, he also explained everything in great detail. A big plus was he advised us that they were able to provide 60mo same as cash financing. By Thursday a crew was at my residence at 8am to install a new furnace and ac unit. Caleb, Seth and Nick were also extremely professional and courteous, and they immediately introduced themselves. By the end of the day, both units were installed and the areas were left very clean. We did not get to meet the owner Mark, but we want you to know you have surrounded yourself and your company with some great employees. MW Mechanical also offers a service plan, which we purchased, because it provides peace of mind that twice a year they will contact us to inspect the HVAC unit and make sure everthing is in good operating order. Thank You to all of you. MW Mechanical will continue to be our go to for all our Heating and Air conditioning needs and I will recommed you to everyone I know.”

“My steam boiler has had issues with the thermal couple for decades. At the beginning of the heating system it had to be replaced. I feel so excited that Dan and Carter replaced the standing pilot light system with a modern spark igniter.
The Lisa, returned my call at 7am. She was great.
Dan and Carter kept me updated on the progress and finished replacing the whole system by 11am. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and they have clean company work clothes.”

“I do not write many reviews; however, I am writing this one as I was very impressed with the entire team at MW. I called MW on a Friday morning requesting an inspection of my furnace, they quoted me $98 for the inspection. I requested this inspection as a result of my long-term HVAC company red tagging the furnace during an inspection/cleaning earlier Friday morning. This HVAC companies' technician did not provide, from my perspective, sufficient justification/evidence for red tagging the furnace. The technician appeared to become upset when I asked questions to understand what he saw that made the furnace unsafe. The technician justified red tagging the furnace due to a leaking secondary heat exchanger (and the age of the furnace) yet CO levels were normal and there was no apparent evidence of a leak. It appeared to me that I was experiencing a high-pressure sales pitch (especially given that it was 20 degrees outside).
Mark from MW arrived early Friday afternoon and performed a thorough inspection of the furnace. Mark found no indications of a leaking heat exchanger and noted CO levels were normal. Mark demonstrated great patience in answering my questions. Mark subsequently discussed options with me regarding replacing the furnace now (while the IRS rebate was still available), waiting for manufacturer discounts in the Spring or waiting until the furnace failed and actually required replacement (which Mark discussed could happen tomorrow or in several years). Mark spent about two hours at my house. I did not make a decision regarding replacing the furnace while Mark was at the house. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. Though I had agreed to pay $98 for MW to inspect the furnace, and even though I tried insisting, Mark did not accept payment for the inspection and validation the furnace was safe to operate. Mark noted he considered this inspection was actually a quote for a furnace replacement and was not going to charge for providing a quote.
MW subsequently provided a reasonable quote (the quote was thousands of dollars lower than the quote provided to me, for an almost identical carrier system, by the HVAC company that red tagged my furnace). With the red tag still on the furnace and still having some concerns regarding the safety of the furnace, I decided to have MW replace the system.
Seth and his team arrived at my house the following Friday, one week after the furnace had been red tagged, to install a new carrier system. This team was professional, courteous, friendly, on-task the entire time and Seth and his partner Caleb worked well together. The rip out and installation took most of the day. Once the old heat exchanger was removed, I had the opportunity to get a closer look at the heat exchanger and take some pictures. There were no visual cracks or leaks apparent in this heat exchanger. MW's evaluation appears to be correct that the system was safe to operate contrary to the claim of the other HVAC company. I failed on the side of safety with the decision to replace the system. When Seth and Caleb were done, the area was cleaner than when they started. Seth showed good patience in showing me how to operate the system including installing the Android phone App and getting the system connected to my Alexa.
I was very impressed with the MW team and appreciated the honesty, the work ethic and the reasonable price.”

“Sunday emergency call for no heat and met with a prompt response and quick dispatch. Carter arrived with a spare board which was the suspected failure of my HVAC system. Upon arrival Carter started troubleshooting and discovered some odd behavior from the system. He suspected a bad thermostat, but then more odd behavior from the wiring led us to believe it was a faulty wire. After more troubleshooting nothing seemed to make sense until he discovered the condensate pump may have been the root cause. A quick troubleshooting and cleaning solved the issue for heating and we were good to go. Thankfully nothing major was broken however discovery wasn't straightforward and I'm glad the issue was resolved without being upsold or given any scare tactics for a new furnace; just a fair price for labor and emergency dispatch. Overall I'm very satisfied with Carter and MW Mechanical.”

I had an issue with my HVAC unit late on a Friday night evening and after reviewing several companies on Google, I decided to reach out to this company based on customer reviews. It was very easy to schedule service through their scheduling tool online and when I called to confirm the day of, the office was very friendly.
Seth and Nick helped me get set up with a new (and better) condensate pump and also installed new tubing. They answered my questions about additional services and options and also talked through yearly maintenance plans with me.

“Jordan showed up, was very personable. I had him replace the expansion tank and the over flow valve. Not sure which one went bad when i called. Turns out both the tank and the valve was shot. “It was over 90 degrees and my ac stopped working. I called MW Mechanical Services. They said, they would be out today. I was given a window of 12-2. The technician called and said they were on their way, they arrived in the time they had given me. The technician, Seth was very friendly and professional. “My hot water tank began leaking. I’m a senior and live alone and didn’t know who to call that I could trust. I called my son-in-law who then called MW Mechanical because they provided excellent service to his business. Two young me quickly came with a new water heater and I had hot water within in a couple hours. They were so polite, so neat and so clean. No foul language and very respectful. They tested every thing to make sure there was good hot water everywhere. They are the best. And a very honest company that a senior citizen can trust.”

“Recently a series of heavy thunderstorms caused a regional power outage. Our home standby generator automatically turned on and kept the things running. However, we noticed that the air conditioner was now making a lot of noise every time it started. With the power still out and the generator on, we called MW Mechanical and they came out at 7:30p (during the storms) to look at the unit.
They installed a soft starter on the AC unit and fixed the issue. While they were there they also inspected the rest of the system, took very thorough and detailed readings related to the coolant and the duct pressures to ensure no other surprise issues. Mark (the MW tech) explained the data in very easy to understand terms and assured us all was good. The only charge was for the soft start part and that cost was provided before the service, and before any of the other additional investigatorial work.
MW was the only company that took the time to reply after hours and come nearly 37 miles during some unpredictable and nasty weather; ensuring that our generator was not working harder than it should when the AC unit came on and helping to extend the unit's life.
If you have a difficult problem, want a company that is honest and is more interested in your satisfaction than your pocketbook – call MW Mechanical Services!”

“I used them last year with a furnace issue and they got it fixed and running This year my air started acting up Running for hours and not really cooling si I called and they sent someone over He did a complete check and got it running and said I had 3parts that were weak so he was going to talk to Mark and have him order parts well that didn’t happen as another crew came and said I didn’t need them To shorten story Mark was here also and they never did get it fixed they said all the test were good so I still have trouble It either runs for 10 to 12 hours and it gets cooler in here but not what it use to do I recommend them to many people but no more If I get thru the summer and winter I’ll get new ones installed and it won’t be them I thought I had found a good and honest company but I guess not”

“Excellent service! I was able to schedule same-day service. That’s rare these days. Had my boiler not needed some odd ball part, it would have been fixed same day as well. They were back the next day with the part to fix the issue and I have heat! They were even able to do a temporary fix without the needed part so I had heat with the first call.
