“It was over 90 degrees and my ac stopped working. I called MW Mechanical Services. They said, they would be out today. I was given a window of 12-2. The technician called and said they were on their way, they arrived in the time they had given me. The technician, Seth was very friendly and professional. He discovered the problem was with my thermostat. He replaced it and had me up and running in less than an hour. Best part, they did not charge me an arm and a leg. Keep up the good work!”

“My hot water tank began leaking. I’m a senior and live alone and didn’t know who to call that I could trust. I called my son-in-law who then called MW Mechanical because they provided excellent service to his business. Two young me quickly came with a new water heater and I had hot water within in a couple hours. They were so polite, so neat and so clean. No foul language and very respectful. They tested every thing to make sure there was good hot water everywhere. They are the best. And a very honest company that a senior citizen can trust.”

“Recently a series of heavy thunderstorms caused a regional power outage. Our home standby generator automatically turned on and kept the things running. However, we noticed that the air conditioner was now making a lot of noise every time it started. With the power still out and the generator on, we called MW Mechanical and they came out at 7:30p (during the storms) to look at the unit.

They installed a soft starter on the AC unit and fixed the issue. While they were there they also inspected the rest of the system, took very thorough and detailed readings related to the coolant and the duct pressures to ensure no other surprise issues. Mark (the MW tech) explained the data in very easy to understand terms and assured us all was good. The only charge was for the soft start part and that cost was provided before the service, and before any of the other additional investigatorial work.

MW was the only company that took the time to reply after hours and come nearly 37 miles during some unpredictable and nasty weather; ensuring that our generator was not working harder than it should when the AC unit came on and helping to extend the unit's life.

“I used them last year with a furnace issue and they got it fixed and running This year my air started acting up Running for hours and not really cooling si I called and they sent someone over He did a complete check and got it running and said I had 3parts that were weak so he was going to talk to Mark and have him order parts well that didn’t happen as another crew came and said I didn’t need them To shorten story Mark was here also and they never did get it fixed they said all the test were good so I still have trouble It either runs for 10 to 12 hours and it gets cooler in here but not what it use to do I recommend them to many people but no more If I get thru the summer and winter I’ll get new ones installed and it won’t be them I thought I had found a good and honest company but I guess not”

Our team, including Mark, has collected a significant amount of data on all your system components to support your position regarding your situation.

We take pride in managing and operating our business differently in that we will never sell a customer a service or a product that they do not need. We make all of the recommendations and system diagnosis based on the manufacturer’s written guidance for equipment configuration, performance and operation.

Our offer still stands to make upgrades to adjust the system towards your personal preferences; however, these are not repairs to what you currently have – they are upgrades. “I was having some furnace issues right before Christmas so I called MW Mechanical Services. Mark came out on the Saturday before Christmas and managed to get my furnace running, but let me know I was in need of a new one. This was no surprise to me. He went and got his iPad out of his truck and thoroughly went over the equipment and process with me. He came out almost daily and kept my old furnace running for me until I was able to get the new one installed. MW Mechanical installed my new equipment quickly and efficiently. “Excellent service! I was able to schedule same-day service. That’s rare these days. Had my boiler not needed some odd ball part, it would have been fixed same day as well. They were back the next day with the part to fix the issue and I have heat! They were even able to do a temporary fix without the needed part so I had heat with the first call. Communication was excellent as well.”

“Mark and his crew are top notch and they are only people we trust. Our new house needed everything!! MW was able to fabricate and install ductwork on both stories of the house as well get us hooked up to natural gas. They also took the time to explain the whole process to us and made sure we understood what was going on.
