“I called for emergency repair of a gas furnace on a very cold day. Multiple other companies would not come out as it was a Saturday, but MW said yes without hesitation. While it took a few hours as they were very busy, they did come and Dan (the tech) was phenomenal. He let me observe the inspection and repair, answered questions, didn’t pressure any sales, and even fixed the orientation of my shut off valve for future ease.
